What can I expect in my Matildas Lit Kit?

We have a different theme each month. Some examples are nature, cooking, transportation, holidays and many more! In each box you will find a children’s book on the chosen theme, arts and crafts for your children and learning activities. You can also go to our Instagram account where you will find vocabulary words of the month (English words with corresponding pronunciation and its Spanish translation)! With all these, the whole family can enjoy reading, learning, and creating!

When does my subscripiton renews?

Your subscription automatically renews the 1st of each month.

If I sign up today, how do I know which month’s box I will receive?

The boxes are sent out between the 18th and 20th of each month and we need some time to prepare the best books for your children. So if you subscribe after the 10th of the month, you will subscribe for the next upcoming month.

Can I skip a month? What if we are on holiday?

Firstly, if you are on holiday (in your country)you can change your shipment address to your holiday destination so you can keep receiving your box! To do so, go to your account and click on “MY ACCOUNT” then SUBSCRIPTIONS. On the right side of your Subscription click on the “VIEW” button. On the next page you will see 4 buttons. Click on “CHANGE ADDRESS” to update your address details to your holiday home, or anywhere else you are on holiday.

Don’t forget to reset this to your home address when you want to receive your box back home again!

If you are on holiday outside your country you can suspend your box for as long as you want or need. To do so, go to your account and click on “MY ACCOUNT” then SUBSCRIPTIONS. On the right side of your subscription click on the “VIEW” button. On the next page you will see 4 buttons. Click on “SUSPEND” if you want to STOP your subscription for a period of time, like a holiday, or any other personal reason. You can reactivate your subscription the same way when you are ready to receive your boxes again!

Do I need to help my child?

Some kids learn very independently, other kids need a bit of help. The box is specially designed to serve both! We want to promote the love for learning, but we want to express that it would be a lot of fun to learn with the whole family! It will be a fantastic experience to enjoy reading, learning, creating and crafting together with the contents of Matildas Lit Kit.

What age range is Matildas lit kit appropriate for?

We boxes from ages 0 and up!

I can’t remember my login details for my account. What do I do?

First follow the steps on our website: click “forgot password” or “forgot username”. If that doesn’t solve the issue please send us a message and we will try our best to help you out.

Do you have considerations for children who have allergies?

Of course we do! We have different themes each month and we include art materials. If your child is allergic to something, just write it on your checkout note or send an email to hello@matildaslitkit.com and we will make sure that your kid receives a Lit Kit with contents that consider his or her allergies.

Give as Gift

Can I give this box as a gift?

Absolutely! Wouldn’t a nicely designed box with fun arts and crafts and activities be a great gift to your nephews or nieces? Or to your best friend’s kids, or grand kids? You can give it as a one time gift, or as a monthly recurring gift. Don’t forget to write in your order notes if you want us to include a message on their first box!

We ship between the 18th and 20th of each month. You will receive your box in 24 hours.

For outside Spain, you will receive in 72 hours

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number.

We ship between the 18th and 20th of each month.

For Spanish orders, you will receive your box in 24-48 hours (working days).

For outside Spain, you will receive in 72 hours (working days).

I did not get my box!

Okay, don’t worry! It will reach you soon! First step is to copy and paste your tracking number on SEUR’s website, so you can see where your package is. If it is in transit you will receive it soon. If not, you will have to contact SEUR. If you cannot find your box with SEUR’s tracking code please send us a message at hello@matildaslitkit.com and we will try to figure out what went wrong.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have moved home, do not worry; you just have to let us know your new address. Go to www.matildaslitkit.com and log in to your personal account. At the section Personal Information you can change your shipping address.

Remember: Changes should be made before the 10th of the month or please inform us through email hello@matildaslitkit.com  for any concern regarding change of address 

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Why is my credit card being declined?

If this should happen, please send us a message at hello@matildaslitkit.com so we can check if the problem exists on our side. If we cannot find anything we ask you to contact your bank.

 

What currency will I be charged in?

When will I be billed for my Matildas subscription?

For first time subscribers, you will be billed immediately upon your first purchase. After that, your subscription will renew on the 1st of the month.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel my subscription? What is the last day for me to cancel my subscription before I get billed again?

You may cancel anytime. Without penalty.

For new subscribers:

You can Cancel your orders before the 10th of the month you subscribed.

For old subscribers:
You can cancel your order before the 28th of the month.

To do so, go to your account and click on “MY ACCOUNT”. On the right side of your subscription click on the “VIEW” button. On the next page you will see 4 buttons. Click on “CANCEL” if you want to terminate your whole subscription with us. Please also leave us a message to let us know why you are leaving! We want to know if we can improve our services.

We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

There are cases where you can return or exchange your items.

In case of damage to the box and/or to its contents upon arrival, or if you feel that anything is wrong or missing please send us a picture of it immediately so we can help you as soon as possible! Please be as detailed as you can. We will replace the items that are damaged or, in the very unfortunate event, the whole box immediately after we have verified your issue. We don’t refund or replace anything after delivery, so we really want to stress that you let us know as soon as you open the box and find out something is wrong!

If you are unhappy with the box and its contents, please send us a message and explain us why and we will do our best to find the right solution. Unfortunately we cannot give you any refund or replace any item that you already received and did not like.

And in general: if you feel like our products and services could improve in any way, please send us a message! We want to provide the best for you!

Please let us know if something is wrong with your box within the 1st week upon receiving.
